TERMS


Payment is required either prior to or at the time of consultation.  All fees must be paid in full and it is the client's responsibility to claim for any reimbursement from Medicare, TAC or Workcover insurers.

If you arrive late to your appointment your scheduled session will be either shortened or may need to be cancelled. Full fees will still apply.

We require notification of the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment by 5pm the day prior. Failure to do or failure to present at your allocated booked appointment time will result in full fee being charged
