CLINICAL EXERCISE


Is an individualised evidence based exercise program created to address your specific goals, strengths/weaknesses, stability and movement patterns. (how your body moves)  Clinical exercise can help with injury recovery, injury prevention and reducing pain.  It is suitable for acute or chronic conditions and for those seeking optimal function.

Before attending a group session a 1:1 assessment is required where we can hear your injury and/or movement story and learn about what has contributed to the issues you are experiencing today. This helps in the formulation of your specific treatment plan and then in the improvement of your movement efficiency, control and strength.

The studio is fitted out with reformers, wunda chair and other small strength and conditioning equipment

What to bring:

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing

  • Socks are compulsory (we have grip socks if you forget)

  • Recommend bringing a water bottle
