A dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with over 18 years experience who is committed to guiding individuals on their journey to optimal health and movement. Over the course of her career she has worked in a wide variety of settings including some of London’s premier private hospitals, the NHS and private practice. In Australia Kat has spent the majority of her years in private practice but still treasures the time she spent working in both the Pilbara and Cape York.

Kat brings a blend of expertise and empathy to her practice, with a special interest in musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and education ensures that all clients receive the latest in evidence based treatments and techniques.

One of the things that sets Kat apart is her holistic approach. She recognises that each individual is unique and she takes the time to listen, understand and collaborate with her clients to tailor treatment plans that integrate the physical, mental and emotional well being of each individual. She strives to empower her clients, not only addressing the immediate concern but also work towards injury prevention in the future.

Outside the consulting room she loves to relax, increase her Duolingo streak, share delicious meals with friends, always staying active including tennis, bouldering and planning her next dog adventure, with her young kelpie pup, Ellie.

Kat’s greatest passion is cycling, which takes her on many shared adventures, always looking to fulfill the need to find and explore new roads, with friends.  As a Rapha ride leader, she can often be found pouring over maps plotting the next gravel adventure or creating a route for Rapha events.
